  • Property research and selection, tenant representation, lease negotiation, lease amendments/renewals, and property acquisition/deposition

Buyer/Tenant Representation

  • Evaluation of properties; advise clients on negotiating lease extensions/renewals; find relocation property (lease or purchase); determine value of potential property; identify other potential costs; create client-oriented offer; address & resolve any other issues that may arise during the leasing/purchase process. 


Team Management

  • Assist providing qualified & experienced resources such as a lawyer, accountant, space designer, contractor, IT supplier, and moving company.


Strategic Planning

  • Stakeholder collaboration, scenario analysis, space needs, communication with consultants and team members


Fit-Out and Project Management

  • Communicate with clients' selected service providers: lawyers, accountants, designers, contractors, furniture suppliers and movers


Lease Administration Process
