I have worked with Kent Craig for over 20 years. Originally, we were colleagues in a global real estate firm where we shared a mutual client who owned a distressed property. Kent managed to achieve full occupancy of the property through diligent leasing efforts and also making judicious and practical building recommendations to the landlord.
